Return Policy (Store Credit Only):

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days once your package has been received to receive a store credit.
  • Merchandise must be unworn with tags.
  • Any sale items are final sales.
  • Hair accessories, Hats, Underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, tights, jewelry may not be returned and are considered to be final sale.

Discount/Promo Codes:

  • All discount/ promotional codes used are FINAL SALE on ALL items. If you purchase a item on our website and you input a promotional code at checkout. The item you are purchasing is a Final Sale Item. 


  • There will be no refunds only store credit. Store credit will be processed 7 to 10 days upon receipt of returned merchandise.
  • Original shipping Charges are non-refundable



  • It takes up to 5-10 days to process online orders and thereafter shipped out. Shipping is standard unless Express Shipping is paid for. 
  • When returning a online order, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Upon returning any items, please make sure to use trackable postage, and insurance is recommended. Nouveau Noir is not responsible for any lost packages that we do not ship. Please keep tracking details for your records.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return merchandise.
Please allow 7-14 business days to process your return upon receipt of the merchandise.

International orders are FINAL sale.

Additionally, Gift Cards are final sale.
